Not exactly the original recipe, tweak abit to suit my liking, also not enough of eggs.
Original recipe (Credit @chef.amri):
- Cream Cheese 250g
- Gula halus 1/2cup
- Telur 3 biji
- Tepung gandum 2 sudu besar
- Whipping cream 125ml
Blend dulu telur 3 biji , then cream cheese dan seterusnya.. lepastu sapu butter sikit dekat loyang size 6inci. Takyah boh baking paper lagiπ
AF dengan suhu 180 selama 25minit
Dah siap, biarkan sejuk then baru masuk peti ais. Bila sejuk baru potong nanti cantik kejadiannya.

Ingredients change to:
- sugar 4.5 tbsp
- flour 2.5 tbsp
- eggs 2
- milk 20 ml (coz not enough egg)
The centre still abit runny/goey. Next time should leave it longger (for this amount of ingredients) ~30 min.
Cheesecake are done when the centre is ~65 cel. Next time can use a termometre to check, or tooth pick to check if the centre still gooey.
